COVID-19 | Heartland Power Updates

UPDATED 8:00am 6/8/2020

From all of us at Heartland Power, we want to thank you for your continued support and for working with us to keep our employees and membership safe and healthy during the COVID-19 Pandemic situation. With that, we have opened the doors back up to our lobbies. We have put in new safety measures including protective glass guards in our lobbies and cleaning between visitors. However, if you feel ill, we ask that you stay home and continue to practice social distancing, utilize one of our five other convenient ways to pay, or call or email our offices for assistance.

Considering that there is still potential risk associated with the coronavirus, we have made the difficult decision to NOT hold our summer membership appreciation event. With everything that is going on and the many limitations set forth due to COVID-19, we felt it is in the best interest to not hold the event in order to keep everyone safe and healthy. Our hope is to welcome our members again next summer for an even bigger and better summer appreciation event.

Thank you for all your patience and understanding. If you have and questions or need any assistance, please feel free to contact us at 641.584.2251 or by email at energy@heartlandpower.com

We understand some of our members may experience financial difficulties due to the impacts of COVID-19 and we encourage you to call us to make arrangements at 641-584-2251 or toll-free at 1-800-349-2832. If you have other cooperative business, please give us a call. It is extremely important that our employees remain healthy in order to continue serving our members’ needs and we want our members to remain healthy too.
