Heartland Power Cooperative is proud to announce their communication partnership--Touchstone Energy. We are joining with electric cooperatives across the country to help identify ourselves as preferred providers of electric service. Touchstone Energy is a brand identity that unifies the co-ops which share common values of integrity, accountability, electric innovation and community involvement.

Touchstone Energy Defines Excellence
A "touchstone" is defined as evoking images of making contact, having a solid base and being a tangible reminder of truth. That defines our commitment to you. We are proud of our strong heritage of reliable electric service and responsiveness to member and community needs. The partners we are partnering with in Touchstone Energy hold these same high standards of excellence--no matter where they are.

Strength in Numbers
This does not mean your electric co-op is being taken over or merging with another organization. Heartland Power Cooperative is still your electric co-op. We realize that one of our most important strengths is our connection with the community and the members we serve. Partnering through Touchstone Energy allows us to associate our local co-op with a national network of electric co-ops under one unified and positive brand identity. Our name and logo did not change. But the Touchstone Energy logo is part of our identity so we can proudly claim our association.
